Journey Through Resilience Foundation (“JTR,” “we,” “us”) collects information needed to operate this website, provide requested assessment results, process journal orders, respond to inquiries, and—only when separately authorized—send marketing email or text messages.

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, optional mobile number, branch of service, assessment responses and results, contact-form messages, order and shipping information, and communication preferences. Payment card information should be handled by the selected payment processor and not stored directly by JTR unless specifically stated at checkout.

- Process, fulfill, support, and document journal purchases.
- Respond to questions and service requests.

Assessment Information
Assessment responses are used to generate a structured transition snapshot and starting point. The assessment is informational and educational; it is not a medical, psychological, legal, financial, or clinical evaluation.
Email Communications
An email used to deliver requested assessment results, receipts, order information, or responses to an inquiry may be used for those transactional purposes without enrolling you in marketing. Marketing email requires a separate affirmative opt-in. Marketing messages will include a method to unsubscribe, and unsubscribe requests will be honored.
Text Messaging Privacy
If you separately opt in to JTR text messaging, JTR may use your mobile number to send the categories of messages described at the point of consent and in our Messaging Terms. Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
JTR does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in/consent data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
