Text Messaging Terms
Terms for optional Journey Through Resilience Foundation text messaging and the consent framework used for A2P messaging.
These terms apply when you expressly opt in to receive text messages from Journey Through Resilience Foundation at a mobile number you provide.
Program Description
JTR may send recurring SMS or MMS messages about military-to-civilian transition resources, journal information, programs, educational content, reminders, and JTR updates. The specific message subject is disclosed at the point where you opt in.
Consent
Text messaging is optional. Consent is not a condition of purchasing the journal, using the website, receiving requested assessment results, or otherwise doing business with JTR. Website SMS consent controls must be unchecked by default and require an affirmative action from the user.
Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
Opt Out
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from the JTR text messaging program. JTR may send one final confirmation that the opt-out was processed. After that, no further messages from that program will be sent unless you provide new valid consent.
Help
Reply HELP for help. You may also use the JTR contact page. Before production, insert the support contact used in the 10DLC registration: [SUPPORT EMAIL OR PHONE].
Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, device, network availability, and other factors outside JTR’s control.
Privacy
JTR does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in/consent data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Supported Consent Records
JTR may retain records showing the date, time, source, disclosure presented, mobile number, and affirmative action associated with an SMS opt-in, as well as subsequent opt-out or re-opt-in events.
Program Changes
JTR may modify or discontinue a messaging program. Material changes to the subject matter of recurring messages may require new consent before messages covering the new subject matter are sent.
