Accessibility Statement
Our commitment to accessible digital content and a clear way to report barriers or request assistance.
Our Commitment
Journey Through Resilience Foundation is committed to providing a website that can be used by as many people as reasonably possible, including people who use assistive technologies.
Accessibility Practices
JTR’s website should be developed and maintained with accessibility considerations including keyboard navigation, meaningful heading structure, visible focus states, sufficient color contrast, descriptive link text, form labels and instructions, alternative text for meaningful images, responsive layouts, and support for browser zoom and text resizing.
Ongoing Work
Accessibility is an ongoing process. New content, third-party embeds, checkout tools, videos, documents, and other integrations should be reviewed as they are added. Where multimedia is published, captions or transcripts should be provided where appropriate.
Third-Party Content
Some third-party platforms or embedded services may be outside JTR’s direct control. JTR will work to select and configure accessible options where reasonably available.
Need Assistance?
If you experience an accessibility barrier, use the contact form and describe the page, feature, or content you were trying to access. JTR will use that information to identify an appropriate alternative or correction.
Contact Information
Before launch, add the direct accessibility contact: [ACCESSIBILITY EMAIL] and, if offered, [ACCESSIBILITY PHONE].
